Kelly was introduced to massage therapy through a recovery regimen to treat a chronic pain condition. Personally experiencing the profound change and relief from pain that bodywork provided helped her understand how massage supports the body’s own natural healing systems and created a strong desire to be able to help others in the same way.

I completed my 600-hour certification at Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in April 2020, and am a member of ABMP where I am continuing education in massage and bodywork.
I have always loved to work with my hands & I believe that physical touch is one of the most powerful things we can use to heal ourselves and others.
In my free time, I like to play piano, paint, and hang out with my boyfriend and our two cats.
